Minerals Species: Diamond (1.16 carat colorless octahedral crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Vaal River Mining District, Northern Cape Province, South Africa.
Description: Colorless (slightly gray) genuine diamond crystal with octahedral form and crystal faces that resemble stepped layers stacked on top of each other (looks beautiful under magnification). A few small inclusions are visible on one face, all else clean. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x5x5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 6 mm.
Price: $510 net (plus shipping).
